T.E.A.M. Mom Program
At our core, we believe no mother should have to walk the journey of motherhood alone. We offer guidance, support, and resources to interested participants ages 13-21 facing an unplanned pregnancy.
There are four pillars to our
T.E.A.M. Mom Model
T - Transformation
Guided by our faith-centered values, we reaffirm and uplift young mothers so they BELIEVE they can overcome life's greatest challenges through a transformed outlook on life.
E - Empowerment
Through our collaborative relationships, we engage young mothers through thoughtfully designed empowerment sessions that equips them with the skill sets, strategies, and support needed to reach their fullest potential.
A - Assistance
We are building the village of volunteers, donors, partners, and community-wide resources to help support the basic needs of young mothers and their child/ren.
M - Mentorship
Our mentor relationships represent another layer of support for young mothers. At our core, we believe no mother should have to walk the journey of motherhood alone.
