Resource Center
Providing practical assistance and support to single mothers in need. This includes baby items as well as referrals to local community organizations. supporting children's and mother's development and safety.
Family Support
Offering educational guidance, parenting workshops, and more to ensure families thrive in a nurturing environment. Strengthening bonds and promoting well-being for young families.
Community Programs
Organizing events, workshops, and empowerment sessions for young mothers. Fostering a sense of belonging and connection within the community. Building a network of care and empowerment.
Our Model
We accomplish our mission through partnering with families, schools, organizations, ministries, community stakeholders, and all others within the Metro Atlanta area who are committed to building collaborative relationships that further strengthens our T.E.A.M. Mom Village. Through a “T.E.A.M.” effort, we address seven "P.R.E.S.S.E.D." needs of single young mothers within minority communities which involve their 1) Physical, 2) Relational, 3) Educational, 4) Spiritual, 5) Social, 6) Emotional, and 7) Directional needs.
