Founder & CEO
Jasmine L. Douglas
As a former teen mom, I know firsthand what it's like to face an unplanned pregnancy with no hope for yourself or your child’s future. Hiding my pregnancy for 39 weeks at eighteen taught me that no mother should have to walk the journey of motherhood alone, regardless of the circumstances surrounding conception. My personal journey through teen pregnancy is just one example of the power behind faith, resilience, and acknowledgment that I needed a team of support along the way. While the journey of motherhood can be challenging for young mothers raising a new life, through a T.E.A.M effort, T.E.A.M. Mom was created to reaffirm and refocus those dealing with an unplanned pregnancy. No matter what brings a mother to T.E.A.M. Mom, we believe every mother is worthy of respect, encouragement, and support from a safe community.

Just a little bit more about me, I have always had a love for the arts, ministry, communication, and giving back to my community. From serving as a youth director, psalmist, motivational speaker, nonprofit executive, and educator, I have dedicated my life to using my passion and expertise to better my community. I'm a proud graduate of Georgia State University with a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communication and a minor in Psychology, and Liberty University with a Master's degree in Executive Leadership. Through the years, I have worked alongside nonprofit organizations such as Hands on Atlanta, Project GRAD Atlanta, Operation Hope, and Beulah Heights University. My professional expertise is in the areas of nonprofit administration, youth ministry, strategic operations, high school counseling, college recruitment, college admissions, marketing, and international student affairs.

As I look at my life today, God has blessed me with an amazing husband of going on 10 years, my beautiful daughter, Jaylynn, who is now in high school and two dynamic sons, Jeremiah and Jordan who are everything to me and keep me busy!

When not working with young mothers, you can find me serving as the Next Gen Director at Discover Life Church in Norcross, GA, in ministry, working alongside her husband with our online reselling business and YouTube channel, "The ATL Flippers," and loving being a mom to three amazing children.
My message to every young mother is to remember that you've got this because God's got you!

Board Chairman
Dr. Ira Abram
Dr. Iria Loraine Abram, originally from Los Angeles, California, relocated to Atlanta, Georgia in 1999 where she continues to thrive today with her husband Vincent, and sons, Isaac, Elisha, and Caleb.

In 2005 she launched EPHRIAM HOUSE, Inc., an entrepreneurial endeavor offering custom business solutions to clients. For the last ten years, She has been giving business advice and consulting clients literally from across the globe.

As a graduate professor she often encountered students who were horrified at the thought of not having a career path to follow. Person after person had no employment opportunity lined up or any entrepreneurial plans to pursue. It was this that propelled her to start a network for people willing to dream and hope for something more and who needed help building from "ground zero."

Dr. Abram has served as an Executive Marketing Director for one of the largest housing developers in the city of Atlanta, and has served as the Executive Director for Student Life and Enrollment management fora historic university, also in the Atlanta area. Aside from vast professional experience, she also holds the following earned degrees:
Doctor of Ministry
Master of Arts in Christian Education
Bachelor of Arts in Leadership and Administration
Vice President
Dr. Crystal January

Professionally, I served and earned degrees in English language arts education, school counseling, and educational leadership. I have worked as an English teacher, counselor, instructional coach, and assistant principal. It has been and continues to be my current honor to educate, cheer, encourage, and provide positive spaces for women who have been juggling more than they thought they could while they also learn to reconnect to the amazing unique beauty that they possess. This process also helps them remember to appreciate their own value and continue to grow and flourish in a way that nurtures them and also impacts their legacy.
Personally, I am a resilient Christian wife and mother of two who has failed and excelled multiple times. I have learned the beauty of self-acceptance, resilience, and resolve. It is my desire to help others remember that they, too, are worthy of self-acceptance and self-compassion as they work to recover from any failures, excel, and embrace their growth. I am naturally a strategic, life learner, who sees value in all people, and because I will forever be a life learner, it brings me great joy to find resources and prepare them in a manner that all people (children and adults) can benefit from them and growth-oriented human connections/networks - in spite of their extremely busy schedules. Support with your beliefs can create small steps that lead to a lifetime of abundant living for you and your legacy.
